YOU AIN’T NEVER GONNA BE A REAL BOY (2023)

At its core, this project aims to encapsulate a trans body, both in costume and in the nude. In an attempt to reconcile with a female body that he openly rejects, he divides his attention between the top and bottom of himself, wanting certain fatty parts to be obsorved, and others to gain a phallic charisma, replacing the open wound. This process is attempted without forgetting that it is not only the body that triggers the feelings of alignment, but the religious culture it is sorrounded by, a culture he modifies, in a constant attempt at verisimilitude between himself and the figures he carries. However, this attempt fails, as a replacement by a devotio moderna in phantasma, covered by a black cloak takes place.
